Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Weaving Operations (Preparatory) located in Karnataka, India. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the preparatory processes in weaving operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing yarn preparation, ensuring quality standards, optimizing workflow, and coordinating with relevant teams to achieve production targets. The role also involves monitoring machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Proficiency in Production Management and Workflow Optimization
• Ability to supervise and lead teams
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Machine Maintenance
• Strong understanding of Quality Standards and Safety Regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field
