As a Process Lead or Assistant Manager in the US Retirement (401K DC/DB) team at JP Nagar, Bangalore, you will be responsible for handling complex 401K transactions, conducting audits, and managing client interactions. Your leadership role will involve team management, training new members, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Process complex 401K transactions efficiently - Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance - Handle client interactions and address any concerns effectively - Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support - Train new team members on processes and procedures Qualifications Required: - Graduates or Postgraduates with a minimum of 6 years of experience for Process Lead and 8+ years of experience for Assistant Manager roles - Experience in correction (adjustment) processing is essential - Preference will be given to candidates with ASPPA RPF certification Please note that the role involves working the night shift (US Shift 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM) on a Work From Office (WFO) basis.
