Identify and onboard reliable book vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms to ensure cost efficiency.
Plan and execute purchase orders based on demand and inventory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
Maintain purchase records, contracts, and vendor performance data.
Prepare regular reports and MIS for management review.
