Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage international tax compliance matters for our global operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cross-border taxation, tax treaties, and transfer pricing principles, along with hands-on experience in direct tax compliances and coordination with global tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee international tax compliance obligations, including corporate income tax returns, withholding tax compliances, and foreign tax filings.
Review and interpret Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs) to ensure accurate tax withholding and treaty benefits.
Support in tax provisioning, audit support, and tax reconciliations for international entities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for global tax filings and regulatory submissions.
Assist in transfer pricing documentation, Master File / Local File preparation, and Country-by-Country Reporting.
Track changes in global tax laws and treaties impacting the companys international operations.
Review intercompany agreements, cross-border payments, and invoices to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
Support in tax assessments, audits, and inquiries raised by tax authorities in different jurisdictions.
Maintain updated records and documentation to support tax positions and ensure readiness for audits.
