Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

> Demand Planning & Forecasting

Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and trends.
Conduct regular forecast reviews and adjust plans in line with changing market dynamics.

Inventory Management

Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory turnover and safety stock requirements.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances.
Minimize excess inventory and reduce obsolescence.

Analytics

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory carrying cost.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Supply Chain Coordination

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to synchronize demand and supply.
Manage dispatch planning for monthly indents and promotional items.

Cost Optimization

Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings in procurement, transportation, and inventory management.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies

Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
Good communication and coordination skills.
