Assistant Manager / Sr. Officer

As an OC-Sales representative at Jaquar, you will represent the brand at the Orientation Center (OC), engaging with customers to provide a comprehensive experience with our Complete Bathing Solutions (CBS) and Complete Lighting Solutions (CLS). Your key responsibilities include educating customers on our products, guiding them through their buying journey, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into sales. You will be an Individual Contributor in the role with the designation of Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager, based in Pune, Chennai, Bangalore & Jaipur. Your duties will involve engaging with walk-in customers, showcasing the value of our product range, and providing a full Jaquar bathing experience. Additionally, you will gather customer leads for follow-up, ensure customer satisfaction, introduce new products, and educate customers on the complete product range including unique selling points and competition benchmarking. Furthermore, you will support sales efforts by driving targeted customer conversions across CBS and CLS verticals, manage product displays at the OC adhering to VM guidelines, uphold cleanliness standards, maintain inventory accuracy, and generate revenue for different verticals as per defined targets. You will also coordinate with stakeholders for site visits, material availability, and sales closure. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate/MBA degree with 3 to 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the bathroom solutions or lighting industry. Additional certifications in sales or marketing will be advantageous, along with a proven track record in revenue generation and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Effective communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in the bathroom solutions or lighting industry is preferred for this position.,
