Assistant Manager / Sr. Engineer Design

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for providing on-time responses to the sales team with techno-commercial offers. They will be required to prepare general P&IDs for freon and ammonia refrigeration projects, as well as AutoCAD drawings and 3D drawings for cold storage projects. Additionally, the candidate must be able to prepare formats and retain relevant data for quick retrieval to minimize technical and commercial offer preparation time. They will also be expected to guide team members to ensure on-time project completion. The candidate must have experience in selecting ammonia-based refrigeration systems, including design calculations, compressor selection, pipe routing, line sizing, and valve and controls selections. Similarly, experience in selecting freon-based refrigeration systems with the same design requirements is essential. Experience in coordinating and negotiating with both external and internal vendors is also necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the refrigeration/cold storage or a related industry. It would be advantageous for the candidate to have experience in calculating insulated panel quantities, working with 3D software like Sketchup, and familiarity with electrical cable and power cable selections. Additionally, familiarity with PLC and electrical panels for refrigeration systems would be beneficial.,
