Assistant Manager Sales Sourcing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the product and the target buyers in the Real Estate industry. Your main focus will be to strategize and map the territory to tap into channel partners effectively. You will be creating and maintaining a network of brokers/ICPs to drive sales and generate leads. Additionally, you will be devising schemes to accelerate sales and create strong relationships with CPs/ICPs to ensure successful conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the product and target buyers to strategize effectively - Create a network of brokers/ICPs to drive sales and generate leads - Devise schemes to accelerate sales and conversion rates - Establish strong relationships with micro market and Pan Mumbai/Outstation CPs - Revive relationships with old CPs and acquire new CPs from prospective territories - Coordinate site orientations and generate walk-ins - Build trust with CPs/ICPs/IPCs to generate leads and databases - Collaborate with CPs to prioritize selling our product and communicate offers and schemes - Acquire market and competitor information regularly - Coordinate with CPs/brokers for smooth invoice processing - Ensure timely brokerage disbursals by coordinating with CRM Qualifications Required: - Negotiation skills - Strong communication skills - Performance-driven mindset - Effective time management - Punctuality - Strong work ethics - Ability to work well in a team - Willingness to learn and adapt - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
