Assistant Manager Sales (Oncology)

·Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Target Achievement

• Support the development and execution of regional/territory oncology sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for oncology products.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Identify growth opportunities in hospitals, cancer centres, and oncology clinics.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, hemato-oncologists, oncology surgeons, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Conduct regular field visits, follow-ups, and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing queries, handling objections, and supporting product usage.

3. Product Knowledge & Scientific Engagement

• Maintain deep knowledge of oncology products, indications, clinical data, treatment protocols, and competitor products.
• Conduct product presentations, CME programs, round-table meetings, and scientific engagement sessions.
• Support medical and marketing teams during product launches or updates

Requirement:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Healthcare Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
