Position Overview

Assistant Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Manage and nurture relationships with clients in the banking and real estate sectors.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in real estate marketing and sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize performance.
Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

Qualifications

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to work on-site during day shifts.
