Assistant Manager Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and closing real estate deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide clients through the buying/selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and provide detailed property information.
• Understand client needs and offer property solutions accordingly.
• Follow up with clients regularly to maintain engagement and close deals.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and property campaigns.
• Negotiate offers and finalize agreements in line with company policies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest sales improvements.
• Train and support junior sales executives when required.
