Assistant manager SAFRAN

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, your role involves leading various improvement initiatives within the organization. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Serving as the referent for methodology such as Charts like Box plot, 7QC Tools, Spaghetti diagrams, etc. - Promoting LEAN manufacturing initiatives and supporting all improvement projects. - Managing 5S activities, conducting audits, and developing action plans for improvement. - Organizing production line, workshop layout, and flow management. - Utilizing required tools and means to foster good relationships within the project team. - Providing synthetic and clear regular reports on progress follow-up. - Coordinating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Lean Sigma certification - Green Belt & Black Belt - Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools - Significant experience in production management and/or LEAN manufacturing - Familiarity with Hoshin kanri methodology This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the continuous improvement culture of the company.,
