Assistant Manager- Risk Compliance

Role Overview: As a member of KPMG entities in India, you will be responsible for assisting the seniors in executing the Annual Risk Compliance Program for the Firm. This includes implementing global and local risk management policies, testing for control gaps, and participating in various compliance testing processes. Your role will also involve documenting and testing SOQM controls, Qbox reviews, KRisk, automation tools, risk compliance queries, data leakage incidents, and training monitoring processes. Additionally, you will assist in automating processes within the risk compliance function and be involved in media monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in executing the Annual Risk Compliance Program, including implementing global and local risk management policies - Roll out and monitor the Annual Ethics & Independence Compliance Confirmation process - Participate in Compliance Testing processes and assess the effectiveness of controls - Document and conduct testing for allocated SOQM controls - Ensure timely completion of Qbox reviews for partner exit - Assist teams with workflow tools, resolving queries in a timely manner - Close risk compliance queries promptly and appropriately - Assist with Data Leakage incidents and ensure appropriate closure - Support automation of processes within the risk compliance function - Monitor training processes, evaluate cases of unethical incidents, and ensure proper closure - Take responsibility for media monitoring tool - Assist with any additional projects as required Qualifications: - Qualified CA/ CS/ ICWA/MBA / M.Com - Minimum 6 years of experience in auditing, internal auditing, or compliance,
