Job Description

Manage day-to-day claim inward/outward tracking, daily MIS, post-registration death benefit calculation checks, and post-approval benefit QC.

Handle end-to-end processing of 3,500+ annual retail non-investigation claims.

Serve as claim approver for eligible cases; expected to approve high-volume claims.

Coordinate with nominees and sales teams to obtain missing documents and close open-title cases within revised 15-day timelines.

Monitor pending claims at any given time and ensure timely settlement to avoid PPHI breaches/interest payouts.
