Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS) team at JLL, where you will track real estate trends and provide clients with market reports and insights. Your main responsibility will be to monitor the retail and residential markets in Mumbai under the guidance of the Senior Director of Real Estate Intelligence Service. Key Responsibilities: - Collect data from primary sources such as developers" offices and project sites, and liaise with internal business lines. - Prepare data in Excel, participate in forecasting discussions, and compile market reports for Mumbai. - Collaborate with senior team members to support APAC team submissions. - Conduct client research on market trends, key themes, and reasons for market changes. - Maintain and update the Mumbai REIS database. Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Planning, Architecture, Economics, or Business Administration. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Research, Consulting, or Market Research. - Proficiency in Excel and report writing.
