Key Responsibilities: - Independently executing assignments such as conducting reviews of systems, internal controls, re-engineering processes, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures. - Assisting clients in addressing compliance, financial, operational, and strategic risks. - Developing technical and professional competency of team members by coaching, training, and supporting Associates and Senior Associates. - Ensuring expected profitability by effectively utilizing the project team. - Delivering tasks on projects as guided by the management team while meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround time. - Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures. - Travelling within and outside Mumbai as necessary to meet client needs.
