Assistant Manager Quality Control

Total Experiene : 7-12 years preferly pharma company/API Plant

Qualification : Master Degree

Job Responsibilities

· Ensure that all the GxP activities in the laboratory are being followed.

· Ensure that Calibrations and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments are performed on time.

· Provide trainings on operation and calibration of instruments/equipments in Quality control department.

· Actively participation in OOS / OOT/ deviation / Customer complaints. Review and approve specification/STP and SOP in Quality Control department.

· Co-ordinate with external laboratories for outside testing / different vendors for timely AMC’s/CMC’s of the laboratory instruments.

· Co-ordinate with other departments for smooth release of Raw materials/Packing materials/Intermediates and finished product on time.

· Review of FG/RM inward register/logbook.

· Review of QMS document including Change control, Deviation, Risk assessment etc.

· Manage stock of chemicals / working standards / CRS / Spare parts / Columns and other laboratory consumables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
