Job Description

Role & responsibilities To carry material planning Execution of PR raised by Planning team. Preparation of POs and follow up for approvals, Supplies, GRN, QC clearance & Bill accounting. Address Non-confirmity and obtain CAPA basis advise from Quality Team. Periodic reco of supplier Ledger. Develop new vendors through assessment and evaluation. Maintaining supplier documents and monitor the validity of their certificates. Finance and QMS Audits. Monitor the performance of existing vendors for quality and delivery. Focus on cost reduction by means of Negotiation and alternate sourcing. Resolving vendor issues if any. Ensure vendor payment and service-related payment is released on time Ensure logistics is arranged and procurement of Raw Material is done on time (Along with EXIM) Preferred candidate profile hands on experience in the procurement Role, Mainly from Medical device, Cosmetic industry. Expertise in sourcing of Chemicals, Fabrics & Packaging materials. MRO Purchase. Import Knowledge is a must.
