Assistant Manager - Programming Strategy & Insights, Hindi GEC

As a Consumer Research Analyst at our company, your role will involve capturing the voice and sentiments of the Star Bharat consumer at both the long story and show track levels. You will be responsible for primary & secondary consumer research projects covering a wide range of research needs including consumer understanding, societal trend mapping, channel & show health measurement, and marketing & communication research. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define objectives and set deliverables by discussing topics and filters. - Pull and interpret data from various sources for new show launches, ongoing tracks, and marketing campaigns. - Commission and undertake qualitative research assignments for new and ongoing shows & campaigns. - Understand the consumer's behavior, desires, pains, and aspirations from multiple sources including field research to generate insights for creating higher stickiness and beloved characters in shows. - Mine insights and map trends in consumer attitudes, preferences, lifestyles, and behavior to enhance consumer understanding. - Analyze consumer feedback, identify problem areas accurately, and provide actionable insights to the content and communication teams. - Utilize consumer feedback insights to stimulate and provide thought starters to internal teams. - Work on projects and problem statements that have the potential to impact storytelling. Skills & Attributes For Success: - Deep consumer understanding with a genuine interest in human behavior. - Passion for content. - Strong analytical, interpretation, and communication skills. Preferred Education & Experience: - MA or any other PG Degree in Sociology, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences. - 6-8 years of qualitative consumer research experience.
