- Weld Process Engineering : Kaizen in existing process, Line trial for new Model introduction
- Weld shop layout preparation,
- Jig Planning sheet preparion for new jigs, modification jigs
- Validation of Cycle Time of each station during Line trial
- Confirmation of Spot Positions & Weld Quality by performing destructive & Non-Destructive test.
- Prepare Robot teaching plan for spot position accuracy in trial
- Local Equipment plan and spec sheet preparation and procurement
- Line tact up plan preparation and robot teaching
- Carry out trial and validation for pallet, trolley for material handling
- Installation and commissioning of Jigs, equipment, line as per schedule
- Prepare nugget sheet, drawings for weld body destructive test.
- Update new weld parameters to controller for new model, RM change trial
Welding Process Engineering, Basics of Jigs and Fixtures, Geometric Dimensioning and tolerencing, PPAP, ISO 9001 Quality systems, Machine design fundamentals,
3D software working experience (NX/ CATIA), AutoCAD is preferable
