Ø To achieve the product quality as per the customer specification and ensure on time delivery of the product.
Ø Meet customer complaints regarding product quality.
Ø To meet the ISO Standards, satisfactorily to the internal and external auditors
Ø Ensuring quality and availability of Raw materials
Ø Ensuring the stock and safe handling of the solvent.
Ø Ensuring the operational fitness of all machinery and distillation columns.
Ø All process log sheets verification.
Ø Ensuring preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ø Ensure cleanliness of premises and employees.
Ø Maintenance of stipulated records of Production
Ø Other works assigned by superiors..
