Assistant Manager - Price Coordination

As a TPM Analyst in the HCC organization supporting Frito Lay North America business retail customer team, your role is critical in maintaining promotions backend data on internal and external systems. Your responsibilities include processing promotion invoices, sharing new item information with retailer teams, and collaborating with the Lead analyst on various work groups. The accuracy and timeliness of your tasks are crucial for the success of the PC teams and sales teams. You are expected to contribute to transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and bring in learnings to automate processes with the support of the Lead analyst. Responsibilities: - Work with the Lead analyst to pick up format/region responsibilities - Ensure delivery of work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs - Ingest promo data in Pepsico internal systems and customer external portals for trade planning and demand planning - Manage contract agreements between retailer and Pepsico for upcoming promotions - Update TPM events, Deal sheets, and New item maintenance based on promotions discussion with retailers and price changes - Communicate Risks and Opportunities to Sales team, Control, and Finance - Validate Tactic pricing with Pricing Grids for any discrepancies in accruals and invoice - Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with internal teams including sales, Finance, and Control - Implement improvements, standardization of reporting, and optimal use of technology like Python, RPA, and UiPath for automation Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in Operations Finance/Sales (for L4) - Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, marketing, or Finance; Master's degree is a plus - Prior experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company preferred - Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and working with large datasets - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organization and prioritization skills - Proactive, responsive, and results-driven - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Python, RPA, and UiPath,
