Jyotiranjan has a good knowledge of LMB Boiler Pressure Parts & Piping Execution. He has to plan for his work in line with the overall erection schedule and accordingly set monthly targets. He has to break down the monthly plan in to weekly and daily targets and ensure the same being achieved on daily basis. Prepare the work methodologies and get the same approved by concerned approving authority and percolate the same down the line including his vendor supervisors and workmen. He has to also plan for his resources like manpower and P&M including tools and tackles and in line with the division of responsibility in line with that finalized with the vendor. Has to also track and ensure timely material availability at site to ensure unhindered flow of work. Need to establish a strong relationship with customer to ensure smooth execution and timely certification of invoices. The complete pressure parts work needs to be executed with a strong and a serious approach towards safety and quality with Zero Tolerance approach.
