1 Ensure daily production plan as per customer requirement and to maintain safety stock @FG at our end.
2 Ensure 100% adherence of production plan to meet customer DI
3 Ensure zero loss due to planning.
4 Control plant Inventory through proper planning.
5 Ensure daily plan must be align SAP Plan ordre/Production order.
Max. utilization of resources to meet the results
1Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly productions plans to align with corporate objectives.
2.Coordinate trials of new projects within current production facilities.
3 Control plant inventory to meet customer targets.
4 Implement effective business and process controls in Purchase section. Ensure high degree of Integrity is demonstrated throughout the section
5 Work closely with the sales team and finance team to resolve challenges for purchasing and supply chain with respect to commodity price changes etc.
6 Review current processes, sops and make necessary recommendations to identify more robust, cost effective and value added processes
7 Forecast and analyse price and market trends to protect organization profitability
