Assistant Manager - Order Engineering

As a Process Indents Processor, your primary responsibilities will include: - Processing Indents (Sales Orders) by Technical Order Documentation. - Converting Customers" requirements received through Indents from TSS into documents required by Customers. - Preparing and Submitting project drawings as required by Customer/Consultants through DMS. - Creating Base frames/Motor Lantern drawings & other major bought out items and releasing them for procurement/manufacturing in SAP. - Expediting document submission & approvals from Customer/Consultants and updating document submission schedules regularly. - Reviewing and approving pump data sheets, performance curves, QCP, and further submitting to Clients/Consultants for their approvals through DMS. - Reviewing aggregate part list with respect to approved/final documents and drawings. - Updating existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM/Production in DMS. - Creating aggregate BOM and releasing it in SAP on time. Qualifications required for this role: - BE Mechanical/DME formal education. - Professional experience of 2-3 years to 3-4 years. - Special skills in project planning and execution.,
