About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee and manage our International Inbound Voice Process. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational management skills, team leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-performance environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process.
  • Must be currently working as an Assistant Manager (on paper) in operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in team handling.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in performance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
