1. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on die casting machine (e.g. Zitai, Technocrat, Buhler, HMT, etc...)

2. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues related to die casting machines.

3. Maintain auxiliary system like trim presses, spray systems, and die cooling systems.

4. Ensure proper functioning of PLCs, sensors, and safety interlocks associated with die casting machinery.

5. Document maintenance activities, fault reports, and spare part usage accurately.

6. Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

7. Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize machine downtime.

8. Follow safety protocols and ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety standards.

9. Participate in continuous improvement activities such as TPM, 5S, and Kaizen.

Desired profile of the candidate

• In- depth knowledge of die casting machines and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience in handling hydraulic systems, PLCs, and temperature control systems.
• Basic knowledge in electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skill.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills (e.g. Windows, excel, MS office, etc).
