Assistant Manager - Marketing

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager Marketing at Sony YAY! based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the purpose of public relations for the Hindi Entertainment Channel. Your main responsibility will be to challenge the market reality in a radical way and contribute to the growth and success of the channel. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design creative campaigns for new Show/Season Launches, IP properties like GWF, and Strategic initiatives. - Develop media plans across vehicles (TV, Print, etc.) to deliver a fixed reach with a fixed investment. - Conceptualize and execute on ground activations such as School Contact, Canter Activation, Mall Activation, etc., in line with the brand requirement. - Ideate and execute various brand-led experiential touchpoints like GWF. - Collaborate with like-minded brands to expand brand footprint through strategic brand partnerships. - Curate Digital Campaigns for various brand requirements. - Liaise with various 3rd partner agencies for various campaign requirements including Creative agency, Digital agency, On-Ground agencies, etc. Qualification Required: - Preferably, the candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the media industry with a background in creative communication and digital marketing. - Experience in handling third party agencies is preferred. - Postgraduation in Marketing or MBA is required for this position.,
