Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process Engineer with experience in Machine Building and Tool design and development.
07 to 10 Years of Experience in ME/PE ,preferably in Radiator, Charge Air Cooler Manufacturing & Development
MSD - Manufacturing System Design.
Machine Building and Tool design/development
Machine selection & Equipment specifications.
PFMEA study, PPAP, PFD, PFC, Time & Motion Study etc.
Systematic Layout Planning of U- Cells & Workstations.
Design Approval for Machines & Gauges.
Value Stream Mapping & Analysis.
Provide design concept for gauges at Vendors end and technical support for tooling and process issues.
Build/Coordinate prototype engineering activities related to prototype build.
Lead Prototype development & PPAP
Responsible for new process development.
Machine selection and runoff of new equipments.
Responsible for design and development of Tooling -Stamping/extrusion/moulds.
Suitable candidate should lead all process development & implementation activity while coordinating with CFT within plant & overseas technical centers. He should work on towards improvement towards manufacturing process & cost improvement activities
