Job Summary

Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project architects and development teams to conceptualize and implement landscape designs.
• Collaborate and Coordinate with landscape consultants for all projects for design revisions, approvals, and deliverables across all stages (CD, DD, Tender, GFC).
• Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Review drawings, cost estimates, and construction specifications from landscape consultants.
• Participate in meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align design with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Define landscape requirements for both the main project and sales gallery.
• Work with the Marketing team to develop external development amenities.
• Support cost estimation and optimization for landscape and external development.
• Ensure timely delivery of external development for both sales gallery and main project.
• Monitor site execution including plantation, softscape, hardscape, and furniture installation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental clearance, biodiversity studies, and sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Architecture and Masters in Landscape Architecture.
• 5-8 years of experience in landscape architecture or related field; experience in real estate preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, cost estimation, and construction specifications.
• Familiarity with local landscaping regulations, environmental laws, and building codes in India.
• Knowledge of current market trends, materials, grading, drainage, and irrigation systems.
• Understanding of native and exotic plant species, ecosystems, and biodiversity.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a practical approach.
• Passion for sustainable design and environmental conservation.
