Assistant Manager - IT SAP ABAP

As an IT professional in our organization located in Okhla, New Delhi, Delhi, India, you will be responsible for performing a detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. Your role will involve decomposing user stories, deriving technical demand, and designing solutions. You will be required to build, operate, and maintain end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP, in alignment with cross-functional teams based on specified business requirements. In this position, you will also be tasked with customizing and extending SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience. Collaboration with functional teams to understand business processes and seamlessly integrating SAP BTP solutions will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting and debugging API-related issues to ensure smooth operations will also be a part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will be expected to build, operate, and maintain end-to-end integrations in the SAP SuccessFactors environment. Collaborating with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies, as well as contributing to improving our agile ways of working, will be key components of your role. Additionally, you will work with external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience.
