  • Excellent communication and team management skills with minimum 2 years as Team Lead
  • Knowledge of Team management, performance management, grievance management and operations and contact center metrices
  • People Management (KRA & Appraisal handling experience)
  • Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Attrition handling

 

Qualifications

  • Any graduate or Post graduate
