Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders to understand functionality, aesthetics, and project goals.
Develop innovative design concepts aligned with organizational requirements, site constraints, and regulations.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, elevations, sections, and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution, resolve issues, and ensure design compliance.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants for seamless project coordination.
Recommend materials and finishes consistent with design vision and budget.
Incorporate feedback and make design adjustments during the project lifecycle.
Oversee deliverables and ensure timely completion in line with project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or higher degree in Architecture.
Strong ability to create functional and visually appealing designs.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to address design challenges and ensure smooth on-site execution.
