Assistant Manager - Information System

As the Assistant Manager - Information Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be to meet the expectations of employees, guests, and owners by ensuring all computer systems and networks within the hotel provide uninterrupted service to the hotel operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Information System Manager, providing technical assistance and advice to hotel management, delivering effective training and support, and offering IS related services to hotel guests. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Information System Manager in maintaining uninterrupted service of computer systems and networks - Provide technical assistance and advice to hotel management - Deliver effective training and support to staff - Offer IS related services to hotel guests Qualifications Required: - Ideally possess a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming - Networking experience would be considered an advantage - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Information Systems Coordinator or Assistant Information Systems Manager in an operation with advanced technology - Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.,
