Assistant Manager Inbound Hunting

As a Small Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with small businesses. Your role will involve fulfilling client requirements, addressing gaps, resolving issues to prevent transaction disputes, and ensuring transaction growth. Additionally, you will execute retention plans for churned merchants on a monthly basis and generate new leads for market penetration. By tracking and analyzing transaction and gross monetary value, you will identify root causes for transaction drops and work towards resolving them. Keeping merchants updated on applications, handling daily reports, and gathering feedback from the market will also be part of your responsibilities.
