As an Assistant Manager at Tata 1mg in the Healthcare Service & Corporate Delivery Department in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in executing strategic projects and initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for understanding project requirements and translating them into clear execution plans. Your tasks will include designing process flows using tools like Figma, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Visio, drafting, updating, and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tracking and managing project timelines, deliverables, and risks. Additionally, you will create and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets to monitor KPIs and progress, use data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
