As the Human Resources and Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources and administrative functions within the company. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including: - **Human Resources Responsibilities:** - **Recruitment & Staffing:** You will be in charge of managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to onboarding new employees. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and effective hiring process. - **Employee Relations:** Acting as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, you will strive to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your role will involve mediating conflict resolution and promoting a harmonious work environment. - **Performance Management:** You will oversee the performance appraisal system, provide guidance to managers on feedback, and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance. - **Training & Development:** Identifying training needs, coordinating internal and external learning opportunities, and promoting continuous employee development will be part of your responsibilities. - **HR Policies & Compliance:** You will be responsible for developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations will also be crucial. - **Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:** Driving initiatives for employee recognition, satisfaction, and engagement will be essential. You will implement programs to enhance employee wellbeing and work-life balance. - **HR Administration:** Your tasks will include maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR software tools, and ensuring proper documentation for all HR processes. - **Qualifications:** - **Graduate with an MBA in HR** - **Skills Required:** - Ability to independently handle HR statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and PT - Proficient in recruitment processes - Talent spotting ability to identify and onboard top talent - Experience in facility management - Strong skills in drafting policy documents - **Administrative Responsibilities:** - **Office Management:** Overseeing daily office operations and facilities management to maintain a safe and productive work environment. - **Vendor Management:** Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance services. - **Event Coordination:** Organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities with logistical support for administrative needs. - **Compliance & Reporting:** Ensuring adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements. Preparing administrative reports and assisting in audits. - **Documentation & Record-Keeping:** Managing HR and administrative documents accurately, securely, and in compliance with data privacy laws. - **Team Support:** Providing administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, internal communications, and operational tasks.
