Job Description

As an Assistant Manager - Employee Relations - Queries and Grievances at Genpact, you will be responsible for handling the online enrollment process and managing events in PeopleSoft. Your role will involve dedicating a significant amount of time to performing audits, managing error reports, and collaborating with vendors to resolve eligibility issues. Additionally, you will oversee COBRA and FSA administration, as well as ACA administration and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include managing error reports received from vendors regarding eligibility issues, administering all COBRA and FSA plans, overseeing the Online Enrollment process, processing events in PeopleSoft, conducting benefit audits to ensure correct employee enrollment, and participating in cyclical benefit programs such as open enrollment processes and ACA administration and compliance. You will also be expected to assist in resolving employee benefit-related inquiries and perform any other duties as assigned. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in human resources, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English would be a plus. Successful candidates will possess strong multitasking abilities, the capacity to deliver results efficiently within tight deadlines, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS is required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Paradox, PeopleSoft, and SuccessFactors, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or related fields.
