Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Electronics Hardware Design Requirement Analysis Understanding and defining project requirements. Hardware Architecture Finalization – Establishing the overall system design. Major Component Selection – Identifying key electronic components for optimal performance. Design Approach for the Module – Developing a strategic design methodology. Power Consumption Budgeting & Distribution – Managing and optimizing power usage. Design Implementation for EMI/EMC Compliance – Ensuring electromagnetic compatibility. Circuit Analysis and Simulation – Evaluating and simulating circuit performance. Detailed Schematic Preparation – Creating comprehensive circuit diagrams. Bill of Materials (BOM) Preparation – Listing all necessary components. Obsolescence Analysis – Assessing and mitigating component lifecycle risks. PCB Layout & Gerber File Review – Collaborating with PCB layout engineers. Signal Integrity Analysis – Ensuring reliable signal transmission. Power Integrity Analysis – Maintaining stable power distribution. De-rating Analysis – Evaluating component stress and longevity. Card/PCB Assembly Drawing Preparation – Documenting assembly processes. Detailed Cable Diagram Preparation – Designing cable connectivity layouts. Card/PCB Level Test Procedure Development – Establishing testing protocols. Input Documentation for Thermal Analysis – Providing data for thermal performance evaluation. PCB Fabrication – Overseeing board manufacturing. Module & Cable Assembly – Ensuring proper integration of components. Testing of Electronic Modules & Cables – Verifying functionality and performance. Engineering Prototype Integration & Performance Check – Assembling and validating system prototypes.
