Assistant Manager Guest Services (Food & Beverage)

Role Overview: As a part of our team at Accor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and professional F&B Service & Front Office operations. Your role will include conducting training for employees, overseeing daily front office operations, addressing credit problems, and providing exceptional service to all guests. Additionally, you will work closely with the Guest Service Manager to implement new procedures for continuous improvement in the Guest Service Department. Your dedication to Total Customer Satisfaction and active selling of promotions and hotel facilities will contribute to the overall success of the department and the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a thorough working knowledge of F&B Service & Front Office operations - Conduct training for all F&B/Front Office employees - Attend to credit problems and other guest service issues - Assist in formulating new procedures for the Guest Service Department - Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests - Lead by example in attending to guest requests and striving for Total Customer Satisfaction - Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to meet department and hotel goals - Treat customers and colleagues with respect and transparency, regardless of cultural background - Actively promote special promotions and facilities available within the hotel Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager Guest Services.,
