Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while ensuring employee, guest, and owner expectations are met. As the Assistant Manager - Front Office, your main responsibility will be to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk - Assist in ensuring compliance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards - Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Train and develop front office staff to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction - Monitor and maintain front office supplies and equipment Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel setting - Strong communication skills and ability to build effective customer relations ,
