We are looking for a Backend Developer with 5-7 years of experience in NodeJS and SQL/NoSQL databases, along with a thorough understanding of React.JS and modern software development principles. The ideal candidate should be proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, with familiarity in multi-threading, performance optimization at scale, front-end build pipelines, CICD pipeline, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to prototype technical solutions, are essential. The candidate should be a motivated team player, adaptable to change, and proficient in new and emerging technologies. Additional qualifications include experience in large-scale distributed systems, a continuous drive for system improvement and optimization, strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms, exposure to information retrieval and statistics, and excellent communication skills.
