Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our dynamic finance team. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with IND AS accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will also coordinate and manage the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities. Additionally, you will oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries. Staying updated on changes in financial regulations and implementing necessary adjustments to financial reporting processes will be crucial. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and developing robust internal control systems are also part of your responsibilities. You will conduct regular assessments of financial processes and controls, identifying and mitigating risks, while working closely with other departments to gather financial information and support business initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA is a must) with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, including at least 3 years of experience working in a listed company or a similar environment. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The job location after six months (probation period) will be Dubai, with the joining location in Gurugram. The salary range for this position is 8000-9000 AED per month.
