Role Overview: GT INDUS is the global in-house center for GT U.S. with over 2000 professionals in Tax, Audit, Advisory, Client Services, and Enabling Functions. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and update comprehensive document request lists and management meeting agendas to ensure seamless communication and preparedness for stakeholders. - Analyze financial data from company reports, translate insights into actionable Excel workbooks and reports, and provide critical guidance for U.S.-based engagement teams on financial reviews. - Participate in management meetings with target companies, facilitate in-depth discussions with clients, and contribute to strategic decision-making. - Support the preparation of key deliverables such as Quality of Earnings adjustments, Net Working Capital analyses, and identification of Debt-like Items. - Conduct meticulous reviews and reconciliations of final client reports to ensure data accuracy. - Coordinate with U.S.-based deal teams, manage calls, and ensure timely deliverables. - Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail, accuracy, and effective project management. - Exhibit proficiency in advanced technology tools like Excel, Alteryx, and Power Query for efficient analysis and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Approximately 4-6 years of related financial due diligence work experience on buy-side and sell-side transactions. - Relevant experience from Big 4 or equivalent Transaction Advisory Services practice. - CA/CPA/MBA finance qualification. - Committed to upholding a high standard of work, balancing technical proficiency with organizational and prioritization skills. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and focus on continuous process improvement. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with team members and clients. - Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables.,
