• Work Mode: 5 days from office

• Work Location: Bangalore

• Work experience

  : 5 to 8 years (A minimum of 23 years of relevant experience in consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS / IFRS / US GAAP/ standalone and consolidation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS / IFRS / US GAAP/ standalone and consolidation
• Manage the consolidation of financial data from multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments. In India and across
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies, statutory requirements, and reporting timelines.
• Collaborate with entity-level finance teams to collect, verify, and reconcile financial inputs.
• Maintain and improve consolidation processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor the impact of any M&A activity, restructuring, or business changes on consolidation.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and assist in presenting key financial insights to management.
• Support statutory and internal audit processes with required schedules and reconciliations.
• Utilize ERP and consolidation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM) for financial reporting and data management
• Managing and guiding the team towards performance excellence.

Skills and Experience:.

• A minimum of 23 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reporting is required
• Strong working knowledge of IND AS, IFRS, or US GAAP.
• Experience with ERP/consolidation tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), or similar.
• Familiarity with intercompany reconciliation, journal entries, and multi-currency consolidations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a structured approach to financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across geographies.
