Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
statutory compliances,
including
GST, TDS, PF, and ESI
, ensuring timely filing and adherence to statutory requirements
Prepare and monitor
cash flow projections
and working capital planning
Assist in
Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
preparation and conduct
variance analysis
against actuals
Prepare and present
MIS reports
as required by management on a periodic basis.
Assist in the
preparation of financial statements
, including balance sheet, P&L, and schedules
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities when required
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all financial records
Support process improvements and internal controls within the finance function

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliances
Hands-on experience in
MIS reporting and financial analysis
Proficiency in
cash flow management and budgeting
Good understanding of
financial statements and accounting principles
Working knowledge of
Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
