Role & responsibilities

GST

Managing & Control Books of Accounts

  • Ensure that all accounting transactions, posting of Sales/ Purchases/ Journal vouchers / bills / invoices under the General & subsidiary ledger are regularly updated with maximum accuracy

Bank Operations & Fund Management

  • Ensure timely preparation of bank reconciliations (with minimal open entries in the BRS)
  • Maintain regular liaisoning with the Bank for day to day banking operations and functioning
  • Ensure timely payment to suppliers as per the agreed schedule
  • Timely preparation of cheque and its payment management through NEFT and RTGS
  • Ensure total accuracy & control of transaction through the Internet Banking Portals
  • Prepare Fund Flow Report on daily basis for funds requirement forecasting for the management along with Fund Position Report

Statutory Compliances & Audits

  • Ensure timely preparation of TDS details, filing of TDS returns and assist seniors in audit activities
  • Coordinate with HOD to program & Schedule internal and statutory audits

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from Manufacturing company with good knowledge of GST.
