Assistant Manager Export Business Development (LATAM)

As an Export Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager at Strava Healthcare Private Limited in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in expanding the market reach of the Indian Pharma company in the pharmaceutical industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating new markets (regulated and unregulated) across various countries to achieve quarterly targets. - Developing market entry strategies, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment. - Participating in exhibitions focusing on unregulated or least regulated markets. - Handling Sales and Business development of Pharma export market. - Identifying and developing new markets and establishing new tie-ups in Export markets. - Providing guidance on export regulations, market dynamics, and best practices. - Managing export documentation, regulatory compliance requirements, and sales of existing/new business. - Overseeing sales shipments of all export products and ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders. - Ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve export objectives. - Improving distributor network, adding new markets, launching new products, and managing teams involved in exports documentation, shipping, logistics, and Regulatory Affairs. - Engaging in business development and international marketing of contract manufacturing. - Conducting P2P (Party to Party) Sales and coordinating with all departments to resolve issues related to commercial terms, regulatory affairs, legal, and accounting.
