Assistant Manager Events

You would be responsible for the following activities related to the Events department: - Retention of existing clients and acquiring new clients to ensure steady business growth - Maintaining a master list of clients with contact details and credit limits - Preparation and timely renewal of agreements with clients - Maintaining a rate list of all equipment and documenting discounts offered - Presenting a monthly profitability report to Management for each event undertaken In Sales, your responsibilities would include: - Closing sales deals and ensuring timely collection of receivables - Adhering to internal timelines for event approval, transport booking, labor organization, and travel arrangements - Performing Quality Checks before equipment dispatch and ensuring on-time delivery - Coordinating with various departments for satisfactory completion of events and timely billing - Overseeing proper delivery, setup, troubleshooting, and dismantling of equipment at events - Gathering customer feedback and taking necessary actions in consultation with Management Your duties would also involve Inventory management: - Following company processes for goods documentation, stock transfer, E-way bills, damaged stock handling, and more - Ensuring timely receipt of items post-event in good condition - Maintenance, service, and repair of equipment - Proper storage of equipment in the company warehouse - Preparation of monthly inventory reports - Conducting regular stock-taking of equipment as required by the Inventory department Additionally, you would be responsible for Brand building by: - Ensuring adequate branding for Furtados or distributed instrument brands - Assisting Content/Marketing teams in promoting on social media as per the arrangement with event organizers Please note that this position requires at least 3 years of experience and is based in Mumbai.
