Role & responsibilities

Design review submitted by consultants, BOQ Verification.
Conducting meeting with consultants , vendors and contractors.
Technical Review of the Tender documents.
URS preparation
Floating enquiry and preparing the CBA & TBA
Conducting review meeting with CSA vendors and tracking the Execution schedule
Checking the quality of all raw materials used in construction as per the ISO standards
Mitigation plan preparation in case there are any delays
Vendor & Contractor Submitted Bills and Invoice verification.
